Solar Online Australia is one of the largest suppliers and integrators of renewable energy products in the country. Our Australian owned and operated company, Solar Power Australia Pty Ltd, was formed in early 2000 under the original name of E-lec Engineering Pty Ltd, and in 2001 we developed Australia's first online solar store.
Our professional team includes Electrical Engineers, Electronics Technicians, Electricians and other skilled persons, all with a passion for solar and wind power and keep a large amount of stock on hand. This ensures that our skilled staff can advise, process and dispatch your order without delay.
We have installed thousands of grid-connect, remote area and recreational power systems throughout Australia for a variety of domestic, commercial and industrial clients.

Some of our more iconic projects include:
- An 18.4kW grid-connect solar power system on Australia's first 6-Star Energy Rated building at Bond University in Robina QLD.
- An experimental battery-connected, grid-feed solar & wind hybrid system at the CSIRO Energy Centre in Newcastle NSW.
- The solar lighting system on the Stockton Breakwall which allows ships and tugboats to safely navigate their way into the Newcastle Harbour at night.
