Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped within Australia by either Australia Post or TNT. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume and location and are available from the My Cart page prior to ordering.

Please allow 4-5 days for delivery. For shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Your privacy is very important to us. Information you supply when ordering products from this site is used solely for the purpose of processing payment for your order and supplying the goods to you. We do not sell, trade or give out any private details of our clients. This includes names, addresses, email addresses and credit card details.

Return/Refund Policy

All products carry full manufacturer's warranties and, in any situation where the products fail to perform as specified, you are entitled to an exchange upon return. We also offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all purchases, except battery purchases. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days for a full refund (less shipping).

Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all documentation, accessories etc. All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Due to the vastness of our country, we occasionally have goods that are damaged in transit. If this occurs, we will work with you to repair or replace these items as necessary. Please note that you MUST inspect the goods upon arrival and DO NOT sign the delivery docket to confirm that "good have been received in good condition" if there is any damage evident. You MUST notify us of any damage within 24 hours or we have no ability to investigate and possibly recover the cost of damage from the freighter. If you fail to report any damage within that time period, we will be unable to cover any losses.

We welcome payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, EFT and Bank Cheque. The checkout process and account areas of the website are protected by Industry Standard 128-bit encryption.

Product Availability

Most items listed on this site are held in stock. As such, we believe that these products will be available at the time of sale. It is possible that, due to circumstances beyond our control, items may at times become unavailable. If this occurs, we apologise for any inconvenience and will be in contact to discuss the options available.

Required Delivery Details

When completing the online order form, please provide a physical street address and a land-line phone number. Delivery via courier cannot be to a Post Office Box. To enable us to contact you if required, please also provide an email address. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.
